Trello how to use it in corporate.
Trello is another tool we have experimented in my company.
We used it for a program that runs for 4 weeks. On Trello we add all the
information participants need to complete before the start of the next session.
This was an intensive course for recently promoted managers, so the pre-work
involved a lot of reading and self-reflection on their leadership style, so it
was very important they completed all the assignments because on the final week
they needed to create a ted talk about what type of leadership style they would
like to represent.
The board was divided in 3 segments: start here, mandatory
pre-work, inspirational work (in here included videos, articles specifically
curated for them). It also included a section for questions where other people
in the class could answer.
I think Trello is a good tool to collect information and
presented in an organized way, especially when there are many elements that
participants need to complete. By giving them a roadmap, they can focus on one
thing at the time.
*I was not able to add screen shots about the board, as it is meant to be shared only with internal colleagues.

I agree Yoselyn with your take on Trello. I used it on a project that was transitioning my role out of the company into several roles that would quickly expand and it gave everyone a clear picture of what was going on. Of course, if someone didn't provide in put, it looked like they weren't doing anything, so there was that reinforcement to participate. I would use it again for, say, an instructional design project as it would keep all shareholders in the loop as to the progress and it's fairly easy to use.
